370 Floortec Clear Topcoat

A premium epoxy, gloss interior, 100% solids, two component, top coat designed to provide additional durability for the Floortec pigmented epoxy floor coating and used in conjunction with decorative chips and color micas. Because of its unique epoxy polymer system, it has the advantages of high build, low odor, near Zero-Voc, and low viscosity – providing excellent flow and self-leveling features. Additionally, this product has superior chemical resistance and hot tire pick-up performance. This product is available as a clear finish as a topcoat over decorative chips and colors micas to create a unique decorative floor coating.

NOTE: This product contains ingredients which resist the growth of mircrobes on the surface of the paint film

Coverage

Coverage will vary depending on the condition of the surface and the desired thickness. At a 10 mil wet film thickness (WFT), expect approximately 250 square feet per 1 1⁄2 Gallon Kit,
depending on the surface porosity.
